The Judge John R. Brown Scholarship Foundation is pleased to announce the nineteenth annual Brown Award. The Award is in recognition of Excellence in Legal Writing in American Law Schools.
Any law student currently enrolled in an accredited law school in the United States seeking a J.D. or LL.B degree is eligible to receive the Award. This year the stipend for the winner is $10,000.
Please read the Rules for the 2012 Brown Award of $10,000 for Excellence in Legal Writing for information on how to submit your entry.
All submissions must be postmarked no later than June 4, 2012.
The winner will be notified by October 31, 2012.
