Brooklyn Law School Visiting Assistant Professor of Law Emily Berman has posted Domestic Intelligence: New Powers, New Risks (New York University School of Law, Brennan Center for Justice, January 18, 2011) on SSRN. Prof. Berman joins Brooklyn Law School as a Visiting Assistant Professor for a two-year term beginning in the upcoming fall 2012 semester.
